CAPSTONE-14 After Action Video Released
The Central United States Earthquake Consortium’s (CUSEC) CAPSTONE-14 earthquake exercise was the largest event of its kind. Participants from the eight-state Central United States Earthquake Consortium (CUSEC), hundreds of counties in the region, private sector partners, and associate states shared more than 13,000 exercise injects in last year’s CAPSTONE-14 earthquake exercise. The exercise resulted in updated disaster response plans for the participants, new essential elements of information (EEI) sharing models, better integration of technology and mission critical data, the development of the Mission Ready Package (MRP) tool, and training and exercise materials that can be reused.
This video captures the purpose and outcomes of the exercise in the words of its participants.
